🌿 Diet

🧡 Note: While they clean algae, they won’t fully replace an algae cleaner like a scraper or sponge.

🔁 Breeding

• Hermaphroditic – any two individuals can mate.

• Lay small clusters of clear, jelly-like eggs on glass or plant leaves.

• Eggs hatch in 1–3 weeks depending on temperature.

• Reproduction is rapid, so population can explode if overfed.

👉 If you want to control population, reduce feeding and manually remove eggs.

• Small community fish (e.g., tetras, guppies)
