  • All India Shipping is available for All Aquarium Plants, Aquarium Fishes, Aquarium Accessories & Fish Food.
  • For some products this may vary and it is mentioned in the corresponding product descriptions.

Shipping Schedule for Aquatic Plants, Accessories & Fish Food

In order for reducing the damages in transit, We ship only on Monday and Tuesday,  All orders placed from Monday till Friday, In some cases the above priority may changes and will try to ship on other days. will be shipped on First-come First-served (FCFS) basis, starting from next Monday onwards. After shipment you will get tracking I’d via email. Home delivery will not be available in certain areas. In 90% of times orders will be home delivered. Sometimes you have to visit nearest courier center for Picking up the delivery. For cancellation of order please mail to [email protected] before Saturday of every week.

Our Delivery Partners are

  • The Professional Courier, Sree Marathi couriers for parcels containing fishes.
  • S T Couriers for parcels containing fishes.
  • DTDC for aquatic plants, Accessories and food.
  • India Post – Speed Post for orders from North-India in regions where above couriers are not available.

Note: We will provide either rooted plant or jiffy planted plants or stem cuttings or bare rooted plants or plastic net pot plants depending on the availability at himadri farms

Via dtdc we cannot send live fishes. So if you order live fishes we will send via any other courier such as shree maruthi courier, professional courier, speed and safe courier, st courier etc

Above priority can be changed by Customers request. If you select a particular courier for delivery we may change the courier partner based on the availability and effectiveness. After dispatching we will mail the tracking details on the next day. If the address of phone number is missing or incorrect ( for example house number, state, lane pincode etc..) the courier people cannot may return the parcel and in such cases we cannot refund or replace again

Due to some issues ( stock issue or pincode issue) some orders may be cancelled either partially or fully, in such cases for receiving refund pls contact us via mail ([email protected]) or via WhatsApp to 7306788873. Right now due to extremely high temperature we will be refunding only 50 % money for fishes if death occurred due to transportion issue.
