Brazilian Fern Tree
Brazilian Fern tree is tree species which is found from Tropical America.It is a deciduous tree with straight trunk and is fast growing (up to 3 meters per year).The bark is smooth and gray-green except by the scars left by fallen leaves.Brazilian Fern Tree grown in the form of rosettes, ends of the leaflets on a frond are crinkled and long and new fronds emerge reddish-bronze.
Brazilian Fern Tree bloom from October through December in the Southern Hemisphere, after the leaves have fallen off. Flowers about 3.5cm in diameter produce bright yellow nectar.

Planting and Care:
Sunlight
✳️ Brazilian Fern Tree needs a bright indirect light so keep near a window where direct sunlight does not fall. Do not let direct sunlight touch the foliage, the leaves may become scorched.
✳️Filtered sunlight or partial shade is available.
Soil
✳️They need loose, a well-draining soil mixture, not much. Since they prefer organic content in the soil such as peat, coconut peat, keeping a balanced acidic soil is benefitting to the plant growth.
✳️To maintain a high humid condition,Peat moss can be added to the soil.
✳️Avoid dry soil. More prolonged period of dry soil cause your plant might even die.They are intolerant to dry soil.
Watering
✳️With the help of finger or a stick check the moisture of the soil.
✳️Apply small amount of water in the top of the plant until keeping the soil slightly moist.
✳️Do not overwater the plant.
✳️ Brazilian Fern Tree prefer moist soil.To maintain the water content or moisture in the soil use pebble tray or keep a sprayer handy.
✳️Drooping of leaves shows that the plant is underwatered or overwatered. ✳️Reduce watering during winters.
Application of Fertilizer
